Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic Travel Consultant with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel industry. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping clients make their travel dreams a reality. Key Responsibilities:
Assist clients in planning and booking travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and activities.
Provide expert advice and suggestions based on client preferences and needs.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, destination information, and pricing.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Utilize GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) to efficiently manage bookings and provide accurate travel options.
Handle inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise before, during, or after travel.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in the travel sales.
Working with VIP customer or business class processes.
Knowledge of GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo, etc.) is an added advantage.
Customer-service oriented with a commitment to excellence.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
