Location: Ambattur, Chennai (Work from Office)
Shift: Rotational Shift
Weekly Off: Rotational Week-offs
Please note that this role is intended for experienced candidates and is not suitable for freshers.
Eligibility:
• Minimum 6 months of experience into International Voice Process.
• Customer Support experience is mandatory.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical, and customer handling skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Delivere customer support via phone, email, and text.
Resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
Monitored deliveries and handle exceptions proactively.
