About the Company
A global bank is standing up its India finance operations centre and has partnered with Flexiple to hire its core accounting team. You will keep the books accurate for a business operating under strict regulatory oversight. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As an Accountant, you will own day-to-day bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting, keeping the ledger audit-ready every month.
Key Responsibilities
Books & Reconciliation
Record and review journal entries, accruals, and ledger postings
Reconcile bank, nostro, and intercompany accounts accurately
Process accounts payable and receivable within control deadlines
Controls & Compliance
Support month-end and year-end close with clean, audit-ready schedules
Maintain documentation for internal audit and regulatory reviews
Help prepare GST, TDS, and other routine compliance inputs
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 6 years in accounting, bookkeeping, or general ledger roles
Solid grasp of double-entry accounting and month-end close
Comfort with Tally, Zoho Books, or an ERP, plus spreadsheets
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
B.Com or M.Com, with CA Inter an advantage
Exposure to banking, financial services, or a GCC environment
Familiarity with Indian GST and TDS compliance
