Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Senior Architect role based in New Delhi. The Senior Architect will lead architectural design from concept through completion, including developing design proposals, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating with consultants and contractors. Daily responsibilities include guiding project teams, reviewing design documentation, ensuring compliance with codes and regulations, and overseeing project timelines and deliverables. The role involves collaborating with clients, participating in design reviews, monitoring quality during construction, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience leading complex projects.
Candidates should possess skills in Project scheduling, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Integration between architectural design and building systems, ensuring cohesive project delivery.
Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) from an accredited institution.
Proficiency in design and documentation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools).
Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor colleagues, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
