Role Description The Dermatologist will provide in-center clinical consultations, perform dermatological and cosmetic procedures, and design personalized treatment plans for clients with a focus on skin health, acne management, and aesthetic outcomes. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting detailed skin assessments, prescribing and monitoring treatment protocols, supervising or performing procedures such as laser treatments, peels, injectables, and advanced skincare therapies, and ensuring safe integration with wellness services like IV Therapy and recovery modalities. The role involves collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver consistent, high-quality client experiences, documenting care in line with clinical standards, and staying current with dermatology and cosmetic dermatology advancements. The Dermatologist will also educate clients on long-term skin health, preventive care, and maintenance programs aligned with Elixir Wellness’ luxury wellness philosophy. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular presence at Elixir Wellness centers.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine and Dermatology, with the ability to diagnose and manage a broad range of skin conditions.
Expertise in Cosmetic Dermatology and Cosmetology, including non-surgical aesthetic procedures and advanced skincare therapies.
Demonstrated experience in assessment and treatment of Acne and related skin concerns, including scarring and pigmentation.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) with MD or equivalent specialization in Dermatology from an accredited institution; valid medical registration/license to practice.
Proven clinical experience in a dermatology or aesthetic practice, ideally within premium or luxury healthcare settings.
Strong client communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options clearly and build long-term therapeutic relationships.
Commitment to evidence-based practice, safety protocols, infection control standards, and ethical, non-discriminatory patient care.
Comfort working in a multidisciplinary environment and collaborating with wellness, nutrition, and technology teams.
Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai, part time or full time.
