Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Civil Supervisor role based in Gopalganj. The Civil Supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, including monitoring construction work, coordinating with workers and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and timelines. Responsibilities include supervising site operations, enforcing safety protocols, conducting quality checks on materials and workmanship, and maintaining daily progress reports. The role also involves resolving on-site issues, communicating project status to management, and supporting efficient resource allocation to keep projects on schedule.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills and proven experience in site supervision and on-site coordination.
Candidates should possess skills in quality control, including inspection of materials, verification of workmanship, and adherence to industry standards.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills for working with teams, contractors, and management, and for reporting site progress and issues.
Relevant experience in civil construction projects, including knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in reading technical drawings and using basic site documentation tools.
Ability to work on-site in Gopalganj, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a focus on safety, quality, and timely project delivery.
