About ECO Matrix
ECO Matrix Solutions is a technology-driven engineering services firm based in Nagpur, serving the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry across the U.S. and Canada. We deliver energy modeling, code compliance, and BIM/MEP modeling support through a combination of expert engineering talent and a proprietary SaaS platform. As we grow our client base, we're building out our content and inbound marketing function to build ECO Matrix's visibility and credibility with architects, engineering firms, developers, and contractors in North America.
Job Summary
We're hiring a Content, SEO & Email Marketing Specialist to own ECO Matrix's inbound presence — LinkedIn content, website SEO, and nurture email campaigns for inbound leads. This is a production and craft role: you'll write and publish consistently, translate technical engineering concepts into content that resonates with our target audience, and keep our organic search and inbound channels compounding over time. You'll work from our Nagpur office and collaborate closely with the founder and technical team — sitting in on project discussions, pulling real detail for case studies, and understanding our clients and competitors well enough to suggest content directions yourself, not just execute a fixed calendar. You'll also work alongside our Business Development Manager, who owns outbound prospecting, to keep messaging aligned across channels.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and publish LinkedIn content on a consistent monthly calendar — educational/industry posts, case studies, myth-busting/thought leadership, product demos, and founder-voice posts — and manage the ECO Matrix company page.
Write and publish SEO-targeted blog content against a prioritized keyword list (service keywords, compliance/regulatory topics, audience-specific and educational content), coordinated with the website.
Own on-page SEO — meta titles/descriptions, internal linking, basic technical SEO hygiene, and monthly tracking of keyword rankings and organic traffic.
Build and run inbound email nurture sequences for leads who download resources, request a sample report, or fill out the contact form — converting interest into booked calls. (Outbound cold prospecting is owned by the BD team, not this role.)
Turn client wins into case studies — work with the founder and BD to document project outcomes with real metrics for use across LinkedIn, the website, and sales collateral.
Maintain ECO Matrix's listings and presence on platforms like Clutch and other relevant B2B directories.
Report monthly on content and channel performance — LinkedIn engagement, organic search rankings/traffic, and email open/conversion rates — with plain-language takeaways, not just raw dashboards.
Coordinate with the website developer/agency on content placement, service page copy, and ongoing site updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
2–4 years in content marketing, SEO, or email marketing, ideally for a B2B or technical services company
Can point to specific, measurable results from past work, not just deliverables produced — e.g. grew organic traffic by X%, moved a keyword cluster from page 3 to page 1, grew a LinkedIn page's engagement/followers by a defined amount, or built an email sequence with a stated open/conversion rate
Has written for a technical or B2B audience before — comfortable with subject matter that isn't inherently exciting to a general reader
Comfortable proposing content ideas and angles, not just filling a pre-set calendar
Strong written English — able to explain technical concepts (energy modeling, BIM, code compliance) clearly for a professional but non-expert audience
Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals: keyword research, on-page optimization, basic use of tools like Google Search Console / GA4
Experience running email sequences in a tool such as Mailchimp, Lemlist, or similar
Comfortable managing a LinkedIn company page and building a consistent posting cadence
Basic graphic/visual sense for LinkedIn carousels and simple design (Canva or similar) is a plus
Prior exposure to AEC, construction, engineering, or other technical B2B industries is a strong plus, though not mandatory
Work arrangement
No
