Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Project Management Specialist focused on planning and execution. The role involves coordinating and managing projects from initiation to completion, including defining scope, setting timelines, and tracking milestones. The specialist will develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, identify risks, and support mitigation strategies to ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, preparing status reports, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among stakeholders. The role also requires analyzing project performance data and contributing to process improvements and planning frameworks that support the company’s energy initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Program Management skills, including experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Candidates should possess Project Planning and scheduling skills, with the ability to develop and maintain detailed timelines, resource plans, and task lists.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess risks, and support data-driven decisions and project optimization.
Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for working with stakeholders, preparing reports, and presenting project updates.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, management, or a related field; a project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is an advantage.
Experience in the energy, utilities, or infrastructure sector is beneficial, along with familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar software).
Demonstrated ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner, manage multiple projects, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
