Project Intern / Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Project Intern / Executive to support and manage consulting engagements undertaken by FOURTUNE Partners, the consulting arm of The 4P Collectives.
The role involves working closely with clients and the consulting team to execute projects using the 4P Framework - People, Product, Process & Psychology.
Key Responsibilities
- Support execution and day-to-day management of consulting projects.
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams and project stakeholders.
- Conduct research, data collection, analysis and documentation.
- Assist in business diagnostics, process studies and implementation initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, SOPs, dashboards and other consulting deliverables.
- Track project timelines, action items and outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings, workshops and on-site engagements.
- Travel to client locations as required.
Who We’re Looking For
- MBA / Master's degree preferred; freshers or candidates with 0–2 years of experience may apply.
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides and business documentation.
- Curious about businesses, management and how organisations work.
- Comfortable interacting with entrepreneurs, CXOs and functional teams.
- Willingness to travel is important.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, hands-on consulting environment.
