Established in 2016 in Indore, the cleanest city of India and economic capital of Madhya Pradesh, it began as HRP & Company and was incorporated as HRP Professional Vertex Pvt. Ltd. in 2020. The firm is recognized as a specialist provider supporting startups and established enterprises in navigating complex regulatory requirements at various stages of their growth.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Compliance Executive role based in Indore. The Compliance Executive will oversee adherence to labour laws, company regulations, and tax-related compliance requirements, ensuring that client operations remain aligned with current statutory and regulatory frameworks. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, preparing and reviewing compliance documentation, assisting in audits, maintaining accurate records, and coordinating with internal teams and clients to resolve compliance issues. The role also involves supporting advisory assignments, contributing to risk assessments, and helping design and implement compliance processes that meet industry and legal standards.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Regulatory Compliance and Law knowledge relevant to labour, company, and tax regulations.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate effectively with clients and internal teams.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret regulations, assess risks, and evaluate compliance data.
Candidates should preferably have a degree in Law, Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
Prior experience in compliance, auditing, or consulting, particularly within professional services or financial domains, is an advantage.
