You will own a product line end to end - its strategy, performance, and growth - at an organisation where the work reaches patients and providers worldwide. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Product Line Manager, you will own the commercial and product strategy for a defined line - balancing the roadmap, positioning, pricing inputs, and performance to grow the line responsibly.
Key Responsibilities
Line Strategy
Own the strategy, roadmap, and positioning for your product line
Track performance, demand, and market trends across the line
Define priorities and the case for new product investment
Cross-functional Delivery
Work with R and D, regulatory, marketing, and supply on launches
Manage the lifecycle from planning through in-market growth
Ensure quality, compliance, and clear go-to-market readiness
Ideal Candidate Profile
5 to 9 years in product line or product management roles
Experience owning a product line or portfolio and its performance
Strong commercial sense, planning, and cross-functional skills
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to pharma, healthcare, life sciences, or regulated products
An understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations
An MBA or a relevant technical or science degree
