Key Responsibilities
Make inbound calls to potential clients and generate business leads.
Follow up with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Pitch StoryMirror's publishing, content, and marketing services.
Understand client requirements and convert opportunities into sales.
Handle objections, negotiate, and drive conversations towards closure.
Maintain the sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
Build and maintain client relationships.
Mandatory Experience
6–12 months of prior experience in the publishing, content, media, literary, or digital content industry is mandatory.
Candidates without relevant publishing/content industry experience will not be considered.
Requirements
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with regular outbound calling and sales targets.
Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of CRM/spreadsheets.
Interest in books, literature, and content is an advantage.
We are looking for someone who is commercially driven but understands content — someone who can speak to a potential client, understand their requirements, identify the right StoryMirror offering, and convert the conversation into a business opportunity.
Location: Mumbai | On-site
Experience: 6–12 months relevant experience
Compensation: ₹3–5 LPA
