E-commerce Sourcing Specialist

Role Summary
We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist to own vendor identification, negotiation, and new product development for our e-commerce catalog — from concept through supplier onboarding, compliance, and launch — while maintaining disciplined sourcing records, risk oversight, and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors/manufacturers, including overseas suppliers where required, through structured market research
Execute sourcing events (RFQs/bid processes) and lead price and contract negotiations to secure favorable cost, terms, and capacity
Own end-to-end new product development: concept, sampling, costing, and launch coordination
Build and manage supplier relationships, evaluating performance and resolving issues to ensure a reliable, high-quality supply chain
Conduct or coordinate factory/vendor audits and manage compliance, quality, and governance documentation
Assess third-party/supplier risk and maintain contingency plans for critical categories
Analyze spend, pricing trends, and supplier KPIs (cost, cycle time, contract compliance) to identify savings and improvement opportunities
Track inventory and demand patterns to support assortment and stock planning
Maintain accurate sourcing records, contracts, and purchase order documentation in line with company policy
Coordinate cross-functionally with product, quality, compliance, and logistics teams
Manage marketplace catalog/listing accuracy and resolve supply-related operational issues
