AI Content Creator Intern

What this is
We are running an experiment: building a Hindi short-form content channel using AI video and voice tools, focused on emotionally engaging storytelling (nostalgia, small-town India, relatable middle-class stories). You will own the channel end to end - scripts, production, posting, and iteration based on what the data tells you.
This is not a social media management role and not a “learn AI tools” course. The tools are the easy part. We are hiring for one thing: the ability to write and cut a reel that holds a Hindi-speaking audience past the first 3 seconds.
What you will do
Write short-form scripts in Hindi/Hinglish around emotional, relatable themes
Regularly create and post content using AI tools (voice, visuals, editing - we will help you set up the stack). This is a consistency-driven role: the channel stays active every week, including exam season
Write hooks, captions, and titles, and test variations
Post on a consistent schedule and track retention, views, and follower growth
Review performance weekly with the founder and adjust based on what works
Follow platform rules for AI content (disclosure, originality) - we will brief you on these
Who this is for
Open to college students in any year and any course - what matters is your work, not your degree
Someone who spends real time on Instagram Reels / YouTube Shorts and understands why certain videos hold attention
Strong Hindi writing instinct - you can write lines that sound like how people actually talk, not translated English
Consistent and self-driven: output continues even during a busy college week
Big plus: you already run a page or channel of your own, even a small one
No prior AI tool experience needed

Role Details
Type: Part-time internship, remote
Duration: 3 months (extension based on performance)
Stipend: ₹5,000/month + performance bonus of up to ₹3,000/month tied to posting consistency and content performance
Time commitment: ~20 hours/week, flexible around your college schedule

Links to reels you have made. If any of your content has performed well or gone viral, highlight it - that is a strong plus
One video created by you for this application: a short AI-generated reel on the theme “school memories”, tools of your choice. This is how we judge your instinct for hooks and storytelling
Applications without work samples will not be considered. Shortlisted candidates will go through one more round (an unpaid task) before final selection. Your CV helps us know you, but we decide based on your work.
