Role Description The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, personnel records, performance support, and employee relations in alignment with company policies and culture. This full-time remote role will oversee the implementation and communication of HR policies, support HR management initiatives, and coordinate employee benefits programs across distributed teams. The role includes collaborating with managers to address staffing needs, supporting compliance with local labor regulations, and contributing to HR process improvements. The Human Resources Specialist will also assist with HR data reporting, engagement activities, and initiatives that promote well-being and inclusion within a globally dispersed workforce.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in day-to-day HR operations.
Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits, including development, implementation, and communication of policy frameworks.
Experience in Personnel Management, including employee lifecycle processes such as hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
Familiarity with HRIS or HR management tools and ability to maintain accurate HR data and documentation.
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills suitable for remote and cross-cultural teams.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
Understanding of labor laws and regulatory requirements in at least one of Gyanis’ key regions (India, UAE, or Malaysia) is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
