Role Description The Human Resources Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring smooth HR processes across the organization. This role will support employee relations by addressing queries, facilitating performance management cycles, and helping implement engagement and well-being initiatives aligned with Gyanis’s learner-focused mission. The Human Resources Executive will also assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures that comply with local regulations and internal standards. This is a full-time remote role, working closely with distributed teams across multiple countries and time zones.
Qualifications
Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills, with experience overseeing core HR functions.
Hands-on expertise in HR Operations, including documentation, HR systems, and process optimization.
Proficiency in Employee Relations, with the ability to handle concerns, feedback, and conflict resolution professionally.
Knowledge of HR Policies, compliance requirements, and best practices for remote and multicultural teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse cultures and geographies.
Experience in tech, education, or startup environments is beneficial, especially in fast-growing organizations.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.
