Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Quiet Gesture is a full-time, hybrid position based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The role is Unpaid. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as screening applications, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records. They will help with onboarding and documentation, updating employee files, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role includes coordinating basic employee benefits and engagement initiatives, helping address routine personnel inquiries, and maintaining HR-related databases and reports. The intern will collaborate with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth HR processes and contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Management and HR Policies.
Candidates should possess basic understanding of Employee Benefits and related HR administration.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and inclusive mindset.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing) and willingness to learn HR software.
Interest in health-tech and accessibility-focused innovation is beneficial.
