Content Specialist

I'm hiring a Content Specialist in Noida for my YouTube channel.
Not a "video editor". Someone who can research a topic properly, write the script, then cut it themselves.
What the job actually is:
• Deep research, primary sources, not the first page of Google
• Script writing
• Editing in Premiere Pro, motion graphics in After Effects
• B-roll sourcing, including AI generated where it earns its place
• Shorts, thumbnails, titles
What you need:
• 3+ years editing, with YouTube long form in the portfolio, not just reels
• After Effects you can build in, not just presets
• Writing samples with sources
• Hands on with AI tools, and the judgement to know when not to use them
Noida. Full time. 8 hours a day, 5 days a week, flexible, with a fixed midday window so we can actually talk.
