LUXURIATE – The Essence of Luxury is looking for an experienced and result-oriented E-commerce Manager to lead and scale our online business across marketplaces and our D2C platform.

About the Role
We are looking for someone who understands the e-commerce ecosystem and has strong hands-on experience in managing premium skincare, beauty, fragrance and perfume categories.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales, improving marketplace performance, managing product visibility and building a strong digital presence for LUXURIATE.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and grow LUXURIATE across Amazon, Flipkart, D2C and other e-commerce platforms
• Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Manage product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions and inventory
• Optimize product titles, descriptions, keywords, images and A+ content
• Plan and manage marketplace advertising, PPC campaigns and promotional activities
• Monitor sales, conversion rates, traffic, rankings, advertising performance and profitability
• Analyze marketplace data and identify opportunities for growth
• Manage product launches and new SKU onboarding
• Coordinate with creative, marketing, warehouse and operations teams
• Monitor customer reviews, ratings and marketplace health
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports
• Stay updated with marketplace trends, algorithms, competitors and category developments
Preferred Experience
• 3–5 years of relevant e-commerce experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces
• Proven experience in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, perfume or fragrance categories
• Good understanding of marketplace SEO, PPC, promotions and conversion optimization
• Strong analytical skills with good command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Experience in managing a growing D2C brand will be an advantage
• Strong ownership, communication and problem-solving skills
