Company Description TYA Group is a 13 years old organization with 300 plus employee helping clients in India and USA. It helps clients in Account outsourcing and ERP implemetation and automation projects.
Role Description This is a full-time, work from Home Role for Night shift and work from office Role for Day shift . Must be Chartered Accountant based in Bengaluru. The Chartered Accountant will oversee core accounting and finance operations, including general ledger management, finalization of accounts, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. The role involves managing financial statement preparation, consolidation and erp inplementation.
Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), with strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate taxation, and Indian financial regulations.
Experience in handling US clients is preferred
Hands-on experience with ERP and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, QuickBooks, Tally) and comfort working in technology-driven finance environments.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with finance, procurement, and technology teams in a fast-paced environment.
