Role Description The Corporate Chef role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bangalore Urban. The Corporate Chef will oversee menu planning, recipe development, and standardization of food preparation across the company’s operations, ensuring consistency in taste, presentation, and quality. This role includes supervising kitchen teams, implementing food safety and hygiene standards, and coordinating procurement of raw materials in collaboration with purchasing staff. The Corporate Chef will monitor production schedules, control food costs, and introduce new dishes or product lines aligned with brand guidelines and customer preferences. The role also involves training culinary staff, documenting standard operating procedures, and working closely with management to support product launches and operational improvements.
Qualifications
Strong expertise in culinary arts, menu planning, and large-scale food production.
Experience in implementing and maintaining food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Ability to supervise and train kitchen and production staff, with strong team leadership skills.
Skills in cost control, inventory management, and coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.
Prior experience as a Corporate Chef, Head Chef, or Executive Chef in food production, hospitality, or catering is preferred.
Formal culinary education or certification from a recognized institute is an advantage.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to document and standardize processes.
Willingness to work on-site in Bangalore Urban and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
