The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire a Technical Consultant who can turn early customer requirements into working integrations quickly. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Technical Consultant, you will scope and deliver integrations for the company's earliest customers, working closely with the founding team.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Design
Translate customer or business requirements into scoped technical solutions
Evaluate integration options and recommend the right approach
Prototype and validate solutions before handing off to delivery teams
Delivery & Enablement
Support implementation and configuration during rollout
Document solutions clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences
Train internal teams or customers on the solutions delivered
Ideal Candidate Profile
3 to 7 years in a technical consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation role
Comfortable moving between technical detail and business-level explanation
Strong problem-solving skills and a bias for validating before building
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API integrations or a relevant platform ecosystem
A background in software engineering or solutions architecture
