Role Description The Technical Trainer role is a full-time hybrid position based in the Pune Division, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. This role focuses on designing, delivering, and evaluating technical training programs for engineering and project teams, ensuring staff are equipped with up-to-date skills and knowledge relevant to EPC and MEP projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-site training sessions, preparing training materials and documentation, and coordinating with project managers and subject matter experts to identify training needs. The Technical Trainer will track learner progress, assess training effectiveness, and recommend improvements to training content and methods. The role also involves supporting onboarding initiatives, organizing refresher courses, and maintaining training records in alignment with company standards and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong expertise in Technical Training and be experienced as Technical Trainers in engineering or EPC/MEP environments.
Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development, including curriculum design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Training facilitation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
Relevant educational background such as a degree or diploma in Engineering, Technology, or a related field; certification in training or instructional design is an advantage.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with project and site personnel for training requirements.
Strong organizational, documentation, and time-management abilities, with proficiency in using digital tools and presentation software.
Ability to work in a hybrid model from the Pune Division, demonstrating self-motivation, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous learning.
