Role Description The Human Resources Assistant will support day-to-day HR operations and employee services in an on-site, full-time role based in Jaipur. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding and documentation, and supporting HRIS data entry and updates. The role will help coordinate benefits administration, training schedules, and HR-related communication across the organization. The Human Resources Assistant will also assist with recruitment activities, interview coordination, and basic HR reporting, while ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) practices and HR Management, with the ability to support daily HR operations.
Experience or familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) for maintaining and updating employee data.
Knowledge of Benefits Administration, including coordination of employee benefits and related documentation.
Ability to support Training activities, such as organizing sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining records.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with employees and management.
Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, word processing, email) and basic HR reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Previous internship or work experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.
