Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant Manager Finance role based in Dwarka. The role involves managing day-to-day finance operations, including accounting entries, ledger reconciliation, and monitoring payables and receivables. The Assistant Manager Finance will support monthly and annual closing activities, assist in financial reporting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards. The role includes preparing variance analyses, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and coordinating with internal teams and external auditors. The individual will also contribute to process improvement initiatives, maintain accurate documentation, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of core accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliation practices.
Proficiency with finance and accounting software (e.g., ERP systems), Excel, SAP, NewGen and data analysis tools.
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and cost control in a corporate environment.
Understanding of taxation, compliance requirements, and internal controls relevant to Indian regulations.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and present financial information clearly.
Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently with accountability.
Educational background in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce; professional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) are an advantage.
Prior experience in a hospitality, travel, or service-oriented organization is beneficial.
