Role Description The Jr. Growth AI Engineer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Vijayawada, with flexibility for partial work-from-home arrangements. In this role, the individual will help design, implement, and optimize AI models that support SAP-Screen Pitch products, including content recommendation, audience analytics, and storytelling tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with neural network architectures, supporting NLP-driven features, contributing to software development sprints, and assisting in integrating AI services into the ISAM framework. The Jr. Growth AI Engineer will collaborate with senior engineers, product managers, and data teams to test hypotheses, refine algorithms, and scale solutions that improve user engagement and operational efficiency. The role also involves documenting technical work, participating in code reviews, and staying current with emerging AI and deep-tech trends relevant to screen industries.
Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science and Software Development, with experience in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or similar).
Ability to work with Pattern Recognition techniques, including basic statistical modeling, feature engineering, and data preprocessing.
Exposure to Neural Networks and machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras), with interest in building and tuning models.
Familiarity with Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and tools, especially for text analysis, content classification, or recommendation systems.
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience) in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related technical field.
Comfort working in a hybrid environment from Vijayawada, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.
Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail in experimental design and model evaluation.
