Junior MEP Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Engineer specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems to oversee and support our construction/ fit-out projects in Kerala, Bangalore and Chennai and later relocate to our other project sites. In this role, you will work closely with senior engineers and project managers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of MEP components of the project. This position offers a valuable opportunity to develop your project management and engineering skills in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works at project sites.
Review MEP drawings and ensure execution as per approved specifications and standards.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with project schedules.
Conduct site inspections, testing, commissioning, and snag rectification.
Prepare daily progress reports, maintain project documentation, and support billing activities.
Ensure effective coordination between MEP and civil works to avoid execution conflicts.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
2–3 years of experience in MEP execution for commercial, residential, or institutional building projects.

Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Plumbing, and ELV systems.
Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites in Kerala, Bangalore and karnataka
