About the Role
We are looking for a Senior .NET Developer to join our Engineering team and build, enhance, and maintain backend services for our education platforms.
You will take ownership of services end-to-end—from architecture and development to performance optimization and production support—while working closely with QA, DevOps, and Frontend teams.
What You'll Do
Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices using .NET / ASP.NET Core and C#.
Make architecture decisions around data modeling, caching, and integrations.
Write clean, scalable, testable, and well-documented code.
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and performance bottlenecks.
Optimize database queries and access patterns using MongoDB / SQL Server.
Collaborate with Angular developers for API integration.
Participate in system design and scalability discussions.
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Troubleshoot environment and configuration-related issues.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
3+ years of professional experience with C# / .NET / .NET Core / ASP.NET Core.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication/authorization, and microservices.
Hands-on experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
Experience with Entity Framework Core or equivalent ORM.
Strong knowledge of asynchronous programming, dependency injection, and middleware.
Experience with AWS/cloud platforms and Docker.
Familiarity with Linux-based production environments.
Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
Proficiency with Git.
Good to Have
Kubernetes / EKS experience.
RabbitMQ and event-driven architecture exposure.
Experience with EdTech, SaaS, or multi-tenant platforms.
AWS Secrets Manager and IAM knowledge.
Experience with performance/load testing tools such as k6.
