HR Intern – Internship Opportunity
📍 Location: Tollygunge, Kudghat (Near Netaji Metro)
🕚 Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
💰 Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹7,000 per month
🎯 Position: HR Intern
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to gain practical exposure to Human Resources, Recruitment, Employee Coordination, and HR Operations.
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment and hiring process.
Source and screen candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
Maintain and update employee and recruitment records.
Assist with day-to-day HR operations and documentation.
Support the HR team in employee engagement and coordination activities.
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel.
Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned.
🔥 REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
🎓 MBA in HR is MANDATORY
🗣️ EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN ENGLISH ARE MANDATORY
💡 Preferred Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
