💼 Experience: 2.5–3 Years
💰 Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

✅ Strong experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
✅ Existing client relationships / active client accounts
✅ Strong LinkedIn network & connections
✅ Excellent communication & negotiation skills
✅ Good understanding of IT technologies & technical JDs
✅ Strong candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills
🔹 Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
• Source & screen quality IT candidates
• Manage client requirements & submissions
• Maintain existing client relationships
• Bring/manage client accounts & generate new requirements
• Coordinate interviews, offers & joining
• Achieve successful recruitment closures
• Use LinkedIn, Job Portals & Boolean Search for sourcing
⭐ Preferred
• IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
• Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
