Role Description The Front Office Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the front desk and guest services in an on-site role located in Chengalpattu. This full-time position includes supervising front office staff, managing check-in and check-out processes, handling reservations, and ensuring accurate billing and record-keeping. The role requires maintaining high levels of guest satisfaction through prompt responses to inquiries, efficient handling of complaints, and clear communication with other departments. The Front Office Manager will also monitor front office procedures, train team members, and ensure that all standards and policies are followed. Additionally, the role involves preparing reports, optimizing front office workflows, and supporting management in achieving operational and service goals.
Qualifications
Strong Front Office management skills, including experience in front desk operations and guest coordination
Office Administration skills to manage documentation, scheduling, reporting, and standard operating procedures
Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to handle guest interactions, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment
Clear, professional Communication skills for interacting with guests, team members, and other departments
Previous experience in hotel or hospitality front office roles, preferably in a supervisory or managerial capacity
Proficiency with hotel management systems and basic computer applications (MS Office or equivalent)
Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Relevant diploma or degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
