GoodSpace is an AI recruitment platform with 1.19M+ candidate profiles indexed. Hire360 is our full-service arm: clients sign a mandate, we run the search end to end on our own AI stack, we earn a success fee on the hired candidate's CTC. In the last eight months we signed a book worth over ₹26 Cr of candidate CTC across 200+ mandates.
This role is not client delivery. Our Hire360 recruiters fill client mandates; you fill GoodSpace's own seats. We are scaling sales, delivery and marketing over the next two quarters, and every one of those plans is gated on hiring. We sell recruitment for a living, so our own hiring has to be the proof. Filling our seats fast, without dropping the bar, is the job.
What We Need
Required
2 to 5 years of full-cycle recruiting, in-house at a startup or at an agency where you owned closures end to end, not just sourcing
You have hired sales at volume, plus at least one of tech, product or operations
Sourcing beyond the job post: portals, LinkedIn, referral mining, direct approaches to people who are not looking
Offer negotiation and notice-period management in the Indian market, with the joins to show for it
You can sell a demanding workplace honestly and still close, because the candidates you place stay
You know your funnel numbers before the meeting starts
