Operation Manager - Product Operation

We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager – Product Operations to lead the company's end-to-end product and supply operations. The role will manage the flow from ingredient and packaging procurement through product development, production, quality coordination, and finished-goods supply to the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead ingredient and packaging procurement and supplier coordination.
- Manage Product Development and coordinate product timelines.
- Plan and coordinate production with outsourced manufacturing partners.
- Monitor production schedules, capacity, lead times, and operational risks.
- Coordinate quality requirements and corrective actions with outsourced manufacturing partners. - Ensure timely availability of finished goods to the warehouse.
- Monitor supply, inventory, replenishment, and production requirements.
- Manage performance of key suppliers and manufacturing partners.
- Coordinate demand and supply planning with the Operations Manager
– Business Operations. - Identify supply and production risks and drive timely corrective action.
- Establish standardized processes, SOPs, KPIs, and operational controls.
- Provide structured operational reports, risks, and decisions required to the CEO/CEO Office.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in operations, supply chain, manufacturing, or related functions.
- Strong experience in procurement, production planning, and vendor management.
- Experience managing outsourced/third-party manufacturing preferred.
- Experience in FMCG, consumer products, supplements, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.
- Strong understanding of product development and supply planning.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM in Operations/Supply Chain preferred.
