Role Description The Project Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for supporting the planning and execution of furniture-related projects from inception to completion. This role includes coordinating with internal teams, vendors, and clients to track project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing project documentation, maintaining schedules, monitoring progress, and addressing operational issues to keep projects on track. The Project Coordinator will also assist in resource allocation, follow up on procurement and logistics, and help ensure that installations and deliveries are completed according to client expectations and company guidelines.
Qualifications
Ability to coordinate multiple projects, manage timelines, and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Attention to detail and basic proficiency with project documentation, reporting, and standard office software.
Understanding of or interest in furniture products, interior fit-outs, or related manufacturing and installation processes.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in project management, operations, business, or a related field.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as within cross-functional teams.
Willingness to work on-site in Ahmedabad and visit client locations or vendor facilities as required.
