Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Accounts to manage accounts receivable, customer collections, and reconciliation processes. The ideal candidate should have hands-on SAP experience and be capable of independently handling end-to-end accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Accounts Receivable, customer collections, and reconciliation
Handle Debit Notes, Credit Notes, and customer ledger accounting
Process and record expenses in SAP
Monitor customer outstanding balances and follow up on collections
Prepare AR ageing, collection, and reconciliation reports
Coordinate with internal teams and customers to resolve accounting issues
Support month-end closing and audit activities
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of SAP (mandatory)
Sound understanding of AR processes, reconciliation, and ledger management
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently on month-end closing and audit support
