A fast-scaling digital transformation partner in the ERP & CRM implementation space, we deliver end-to-end SAP CRM solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients across BFSI, Manufacturing, and Retail sectors. Our consultants bridge business process gaps with configure-first SAP CRM deployments—driving customer experience transformation, sales force automation, and service orchestration on premise and hybrid cloud landscapes.
Role & Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end SAP CRM functional design, configuration, and testing for customer-facing modules including Sales, Service, and Marketing.
Translate business requirements into CRM process flows—configure OData services, interaction records, activity management, and case handling.
Collaborate with technical teams to define IDOCs, BAPIs, and middleware integrations between SAP CRM and ECC/ERP, S/4HANA, or external systems.
Support user acceptance testing (UAT), train key users, and document SOPs for CRM business processes and change management.
Participate in upgrade projects (from CRM 7.0 to C4C or S/4HANA CRM) and lead post-go-live support including issue resolution and performance tuning.
Align CRM roadmap with client’s digital CX strategy—recommend best practices for mobile CRM, analytics dashboards, and customer 360 views.
