Accounts and Finance Manager

Kairos Management Services is an institutional investment group, providing management and administrative support across the firm's platform.
About the Role
You'll take end-to-end ownership of accounts and finance for the Dubai entity — from day-to-day bookkeeping through monthly close, reporting, and regulatory compliance — working closely with auditors, banks, and the wider Kairos group finance function.
What You'll Do
• Manage the full accounts and finance function, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and variance analysis
• Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and payment processing
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, including VAT filings and statutory reporting
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as needed
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for the entity
• Maintain accurate financial records and sound internal controls
What We're Looking For
Required
• 2+ years of experience in an accounts/finance role, ideally within financial services or a management company structure
• Working knowledge of UAE accounting and VAT regulations
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
Preferred
• Professional accounting qualification, complete or in progress (ACCA / CA / CPA)
• Experience working within a group structure spanning multiple jurisdictions
