Key responsibility
• Deliver engaging and practical MBA lectures in the assigned specialization.
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, and industry-oriented learning content.
• Conduct classroom activities, discussions, assessments, and examinations.
• Mentor and guide students in their academic and career development.
• Ensure timely completion of the curriculum and academic targets.
• Guide students in projects, presentations, internships, and industry-based assignments.
• Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, and student performance reports.
• Coordinate with the university and Arrivo academic team for smooth program delivery.
• Promote practical learning, critical thinking, and industry exposure.
• Participate in FDPs, workshops, seminars, and other academic activities.
Candidate Profile
✅ MBA / M.Com / Relevant Master’s degree in the respective specialization
✅ Teaching or relevant industry experience preferred
✅ Strong communication and presentation skills
✅ Ability to deliver practical and industry-oriented sessions
✅ Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred
