Arrivo Education Private Limited is looking for passionate and qualified Management Faculty / Assistant Professors to join our academic team in Ahmedabad.
📌 Position: Assistant Professor / MBA Faculty
💼 Employment: Full-Time | On-Campus
📍 Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
Key Responsibilities
• Deliver engaging and industry-oriented lectures for MBA students
• Teach Global Business Management and related management subjects
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and course materials
• Conduct classroom activities, discussions, presentations, assessments, and examinations
• Mentor students on academic performance, projects, internships, and career development
• Incorporate real-world business examples and current global business trends into teaching
• Guide students in academic projects and industry-oriented assignments
• Participate in seminars, workshops, academic activities, and institutional initiatives
• Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic delivery
Eligibility & Skills
✔ MBA / M.Com / Master’s degree in Management, International Business, Global Business Management, or a related discipline
✔ Teaching experience at UG/PG level will be preferred
✔ Strong knowledge of Global Business Management and related management subjects
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills
✔ Strong student mentoring and academic coordination abilities
✔ Industry exposure will be an added advantage
✔ Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred
