Arrivo Education Private Limited is expanding its academic team and looking for passionate, qualified, and dedicated Finance Faculty / Assistant Professors to join our university campuses in Gujarat.
📌 Position: Assistant Professor / Faculty – Finance

📍 Locations: Ahmedabad & Rajkot, Gujarat
🎓 ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking educators who can deliver engaging, practical, and industry-oriented learning experiences for MBA students while contributing to their academic and professional development.
📚 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
🔹 Deliver engaging and practical lectures for MBA students.
🔹 Teach Finance, Accounting, and related subjects.
🔹 Prepare lesson plans, presentations, case studies, assignments, and course materials.
🔹 Conduct classroom activities, discussions, presentations, assessments, and examinations.
🔹 Mentor students on academic performance, projects, internships, and career development.
🔹 Incorporate real-world financial and business examples into classroom teaching.
🔹 Guide students in academic projects, presentations, and industry-oriented assignments.
🔹 Participate in seminars, workshops, FDPs, academic activities, and institutional initiatives.
🔹 Contribute to curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic delivery.
🎓 ELIGIBILITY & SKILLS
✔ MBA / M.Com / Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
✔ Teaching experience at UG/PG level will be preferred.
✔ Strong knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and related subjects.
✔ Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
✔ Strong student mentoring and academic coordination abilities.
✔ Industry exposure in Finance / Accounting will be an added advantage.
✔ Candidates available to join at short notice will be preferred.
