Operations Associate

Pocket FM is looking for someone who enjoys figuring things out someone who can look at a messy process, understand what’s not working, and bring structure to it.
This isn’t a role where everything comes with a ready-made playbook. A lot is still evolving, which means there’s plenty of room to build processes, improve them, and see them scale.
What the role involves:
Managing day-to-day operations across content, creators, and platform workflows
Using Google Sheets and dashboards to track performance and make decisions
Identifying gaps and bottlenecks and finding practical ways to solve them
Using AI tools like GPT and Claude to make workflows faster and more efficient
Working closely with Content, Product, Growth, and Support
Building and improving workflows and SOPs
Taking ownership of problems and driving them through execution
Who would be a good fit:
2+ years of experience in operations, business, consulting, or similar roles — internships and relevant projects count
Strong hands-on knowledge of Google Sheets, including formulas, pivots, and data tracking
Someone who already uses or experiments with AI tools
Comfortable working with ambiguity and figuring things out along the way
Curious, detail-oriented, and a clear communicator
Most importantly, someone with a high ownership mindset
The team isn’t looking for someone who knows everything on day one. They’re looking for someone who is curious, resourceful, and excited to build better ways of working.
