About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) with strong expertise in Full Stack Development, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure). This role requires working directly with customers to understand business challenges, design innovative AI-powered solutions, and rapidly deploy scalable applications in production environments. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with strong customer-facing and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities
Partner with customers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end applications using modern full-stack technologies.
Build AI-powered applications leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, RAG frameworks, and Agentic AI architectures.
Develop and integrate AI Agents capable of autonomous decision-making, workflow orchestration, and task automation.
Build responsive and scalable frontend applications using React.js.
Develop robust backend services and APIs using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Design and deploy cloud-native solutions on AWS or Azure, ensuring security, scalability, and reliability.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer teams to deliver impactful customer solutions.
Drive technical workshops, architecture discussions, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and production implementations.
Continuously optimize application performance, AI model effectiveness, and user experience.
Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Strong expertise in React.js and modern frontend frameworks.
Hands-on experience with backend development using Java, Python, Node.js, or similar technologies.
Proven experience building applications using Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
Strong experience with Agentic AI, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and workflow orchestration frameworks.
Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and RAG-based architectures.
Hands-on expertise with AWS or Azure Cloud Platforms.
Experience with REST APIs, Microservices, and Distributed Systems.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
Strong customer engagement, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
Required Skills
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar Agentic AI frameworks.
Knowledge of Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Milvus, or Weaviate.
Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI APIs, and AI model deployment.
Experience in enterprise application integrations and solution architecture.
Preferred Skills
Strong consulting mindset with the ability to work directly with customers.
Ability to rapidly prototype and deploy AI-powered solutions.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
