About the role:
Collaborates with clients to understand their business needs, provides guidance, and delivers tailored solutions to drive success, building and maintaining client relationships through effective communication. Conducts quality assurance checks on deliverables to ensure accuracy and adherence to best practices. Supports the sales team by providing expertise in client meetings and proposal development, contributing to the development of new business opportunities.
What you will be doing:
Allocates resources efficiently to support project needs, ensuring optimal utilization. Provides guidance and advice to project managers, contributing to effective decision-making at the managerial level. Defines and designs programs, establishing the foundational framework for successful project execution. Collaborates with cross-functional teams, contributing valuable insights to support the development of consulting projects. Benchmarks project activities against industry standards, ensuring alignment and compliance. Analyzes project intricacies and provides strategic insights to influence inform stakeholder decisions. Collaborates externally, fostering strategic partnerships to enhance project outcomes and market presence. Ensures thorough documentation of project activities, promoting transparency and accountability. Maintains a focus on quality, consistently coaching teams to deliver high-quality consulting services.
Manages a small to mid-sized team consisting of experienced and/or entry-level technical/professional colleagues. Leads, directs and reviews the work of a team who exercise latitude and independence in their assignments. Focuses on policy and strategy implementation for short-term results (1 year or less) OR may manage project of significant size and impact to the company. Problems faced are difficult to moderately-complex. Ensures policies, practices and procedures are understood and followed by direct reports, customers and stakeholders. May manage projects/Processes. Influences others outside of own job area regarding policies, practices and procedures. Typically does not have budget or P&L accountability, but may manage certain processes or projects within a defined budget set by management
