Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print materials, including marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and student-focused resources. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining brand-consistent designs, collaborating with faculty and marketing teams to translate educational content into engaging visuals, and preparing artwork for campaigns, events, and promotional activities. The role also involves refining existing design templates, ensuring accuracy and clarity in all materials, and managing multiple design projects within timelines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to produce clear, engaging visual content.
Experience in Branding to maintain and evolve the academy’s visual identity.
Proficiency in Typography, with an understanding of readability and hierarchy in educational materials.
Hands-on experience with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent).
A portfolio demonstrating creative work across digital and print formats.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and respond constructively to feedback.
Attention to detail, time management skills, and the capacity to handle multiple projects.
