Job Description:
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of all hotel electrical systems.
Maintain and repair lighting, power supply systems, distribution panels, and electrical equipment.
Attend guest complaints related to electrical issues and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor and maintain generators, UPS systems, and emergency lighting.
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities to ensure proper functioning of electrical equipment.
Follow all safety procedures and hotel maintenance standards.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment inspections.
Coordinate with the Engineering team to ensure smooth hotel operations.
Qualifications:
ITI/Diploma in Electrician or Electrical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in hotel, hospitality, or facility maintenance.
Knowledge of electrical troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and safety practices.
Ability to work in shifts and respond to emergency breakdowns.
Skills Required:
Electrical maintenance and troubleshooting.
Guest service orientation.
Teamwork and communication skills.
Knowledge of generators, UPS, and HVAC electrical systems is an added advantage.
