Role Description This is a full-time, on-site User Experience Designer role based in Faridabad. The User Experience Designer will be responsible for understanding user needs, translating business requirements into intuitive interfaces, and improving the overall usability of digital products and platforms. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, creating user journeys and wireframes, developing interactive prototypes, and collaborating closely with product, marketing, and development teams to deliver cohesive experiences. The role also involves applying design thinking methodologies, refining visual design elements, and iterating based on feedback and analytics to ensure that solutions are user-centered and aligned with business goals.
Qualifications
Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve complex problems and create user-centered solutions.
Strong skills in User Research, including planning studies, conducting interviews or surveys, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
Proficiency in Visual Design and Prototyping, using modern design and prototyping tools to create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) and communicating design decisions clearly.
Familiarity with responsive design, usability best practices, and accessibility standards.
Relevant academic background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design work, including research, ideation, visual design, and prototyping.
Ability to work on-site in Faridabad and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
