Operations & Student Experience Executive – Freshers Welcome

**SOS – Strings of Symphony Music School | Gurgaon**
SOS Music School is looking for an enthusiastic, organized and people-oriented **Operations & Student Experience Executive** to join our team at our music school in **Sector 43, Sushant Lok 1, Gurgaon**.
**Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates currently based in Gurgaon or nearby areas will be preferred**, considering the working hours and location of the role.
### What You'll Be Doing
• Managing the day-to-day operations of the music school
• Coordinating with students, parents and teachers
• Managing class schedules, attendance and student records
• Handling enquiries, calls, WhatsApp communication and follow-ups
• Following up with prospective students and assisting with admissions
• Coordinating trial classes and student onboarding
• Supporting student retention and ensuring a positive student experience
• Coordinating exams, workshops, open mics and other school events
• Handling administrative and operational tasks
• Ensuring the school runs smoothly on a daily basis
### Who We're Looking For
• Freshers or candidates with **0–2 years of experience**
• Candidates **based in Gurgaon or nearby areas are preferred**
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Confident and comfortable communicating with parents, students and teachers
• Organized, responsible and good at multitasking
• Proactive and willing to learn
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Workspace and basic computer applications
• Prior experience in education, customer service, administration or operations is a plus
• Interest in music/education is an added advantage, but not mandatory
### Working Days & Timings
**Monday:** Weekly Off
**Tuesday–Friday:** 3:00 PM – 9:15 PM
**Saturday–Sunday:** 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM
On some weekends, timings may extend up to **9:00 PM** depending on events and school requirements.
### Compensation
**₹18,000–₹20,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives**
**No cap on incentive earnings** — additional incentives can be earned based on performance.
