About The Role
We are hiring Functional Consultants to work on end-to-end supply chain planning engagements with our clients — from demand and supply planning to process design, ERP-enabled execution, and performance improvement. This is a hands-on, client-facing role suited to people who enjoy solving real operational problems on the ground, not just in a deck.
What You'll Do
Work directly with client teams to map current-state planning and supply chain processes
Design and implement improved planning processes — demand, supply, S&OP, inventory
Support ERP/platform-enabled execution and adoption on client engagements
Analyze data to identify root causes of planning and execution gaps, and recommend fixes
Build structured recommendations and stay involved through their execution Who We're Looking For We're open to candidates who fit either of the following two profiles:
Track 1 — MBA + Product Company Background
MBA from a Tier-1 institute (top-10 B-school)
Prior experience with a product-based company (manufacturing, FMCG, consumer durables, industrial products, etc.)
2+ years of experience in supply chain, manufacturing, distribution, or planning functions
Working exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
Track 2 — Planning Specialist
MBA from a good, well-recognized institute (top-50 nationally)
3–4 years of experience in end-to-end planning for a complete product category (demand planning, S&OP, supply planning, or similar)
Working exposure to ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) What Matters Most to Us
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving ability
Comfort working directly with client stakeholders, including plant/shopfloor teams
An ownership mindset — hands-on and execution-focused, not purely advisory
Location
