Role Description The Accounts Executive is a full-time, on-site position based in Coimbatore. The role involves managing day-to-day accounting activities, including handling invoices, recording transactions, maintaining ledgers, and reconciling accounts. The Accounts Executive will assist with GST and tax documentation, support periodic financial reporting, and coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on payment and billing matters. Responsibilities also include monitoring accounts receivable and payable, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting audits as required. The role requires consistent on-site collaboration with the finance team and management to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong accounting and bookkeeping skills, including ledger maintenance, account reconciliation, and familiarity with basic financial statements.
Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools (especially Excel), as well as comfort working with digital records and spreadsheets.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Indian taxation and compliance processes, such as GST, TDS, and statutory reporting, or be willing to learn and develop in these areas.
Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
Candidates should possess clear written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and service providers.
Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
Prior experience in an accounts or finance role, especially in manufacturing, trading, or similar industries, will be considered an advantage.
Ability to work ethically, maintain confidentiality of financial information, and adhere to company policies and practices.
