Candidates should possess Training and onboarding support skills to help new team members integrate smoothly.
Relevant experience in HR or talent acquisition, preferably in training, education, or professional services environments.
Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple vacancies, and meet hiring timelines.
Strong organizational and time management abilities, with attention to detail and ethical recruitment practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
